just wanted to understand the method of these earn bitcoin on telegram

hello, i have recently joined the community and have seen multiple posts on earning BTC through telegram bots. is it even feasible that by clicking on telegram channel they pay us btc?
also, can they use my computer for mining btc if I use their codes and the bot?
this may be a naïve question for people already in the know so please think of it as my ignorance. thanks in advance
