So I basically found: https://lolskinshop.com/and I was wondering is is real or fake?
I tried reasearching online but I don't seem to be getting anything out of it. Some people said it's real while others said it's fake and riot has disabled skin codes so if you do purchase a skin code from this website your getting scammed becuase you can't use it in league. Can anyone confirm this?

Here they claim they can get you any name you want to use, so is that true? if so anyone know how it's done? I have seen tutorials on here but they get me banned(not sure if that was because I put Riot in the name or if it's because it's not allowed in general).
