Recently I started making this yummy thing: I take dried grated garlic in a jar, add white vinegar, mix well and leave it in the fridge, the garlic absorbs the vinegar with time and leaves me with yummy garlic-flavoured vinegar and yummy sour garlic ???? it goes great with everything like sauce, stew, fries, soup, rice and many more
My mum saw it and raised some concerns of spoilage, we both have no idea how bacteria or mold work with vinegar and garlic and now I'm not sure, is it safe to eat? We consume it rather fast and don't make big amounts but still better be safe than sorry https://tutuapp.uno/ https://vidmate.cool/
