My partner's boss gave him a phone (He works in phone repair) and gave him a Samsung Note 8. My partner however already has a phone but he tried to factory reset it for me but now it's saying we need an email to verify identity, so we put ours in and it then said it's not the original email. Is there any experts here that know if you can bypass this?
