Hello,
Soon I want to buy some services but the seller only offers me the option to buy by PayPal. He told me that I can pay for "Goods & Services" with buyer protection.
I want to know if this is safe for me, or the seller can go out, and keep my money.
I would like to know, if for any reason the seller scams me, PayPal returns the money and then the seller has to pay PayPal? or how exactly does it work?
