Hi guys. I want buy a android phone from out of state. For use that phone I have to change IMEI because state will block original IMEI and I can't use the phone with any sim card. So Is there any way for do that ? I searched a few on google somebody wrote "yes possible " but some of them wrote " no you can't " What is the true. Can you help me about it ?
