Is it normal bdo graphics to look kinda glitchy?

I remembered waiting for this game to release, never got to play due to my previous pc's being too weak. Now that i have a decent one, that can handle ultra, rematered or whatever quality, i feel the graphics of the game more glitched than what i remember in my memories. The pop in is insane, the glitchies during npc talking too. I think i could get used to it, just wanted to know if i'm judging wrong. I'm really liking it tho, was looking for a grindy mmo to play with a friend and conciliate with my work.
