Is it just me or are bows are super broken right now, not overpowered broken, buggy broken

Sometimes when I charge the bows the arrows just fall straight to the ground, and for some reason Farrah's perk is allowing it so affliction is shared between husks, enemies randomly die without me doing anything to them, they still attack they don't stand in place and then just die
