Is it actually possible to connect with legitimate blackhats online?

I don't think it's possible to connect with legitimate blackhats from simply trolly forums and emailing people. I think real blackhats don't need money, especially not petty "hacking" sums. It's been my experience that every single "dark web hacker" is a social engineer. I really wish I could get in touch with a computer wizard of the underworld but I've concluded it's basically impossible. Users of Nulled, do you know anywhere, or anyway, to get in touch with real blackhats? My intention would be to plead with them for their services because I'm convinced they don't actually need other peoples money. Please no social engineering leads. I've been through 5 of those. I'm well educated now, postpay policy upon proof. Literally everything else is a rip-off guaranteed
