Is BestBuy Canada really that bad to refund?

I mean, i asked a lot of refunders, they always said no for bestbuy canada, which their speed is hella slow. Yea sometimes Canadian are slow, but is that really that bad? I am thinking about getting a airpods pro from bestbuy since i dont want to burn my apple id cuz i might use it for a iphone refund in future, or should i just go for different stores?
