Third release today bois, this is a cracked version of IDM v6.30 that I found.
All you have to do is install using installer included, close any instances of IDM open, then paste Patch.exe into IDM's folder, open it and wait for it to do its magic.
And boom you're done.
It has all the premium features and it's lifetime.
Also, internet download manager is basically a downloader that downloads files at up to 5x the normal speed you would get, really speeds up the download speeds for places like file-upload.

(Safe, but plenty of false positives cause the patch.exe is obviously considered a "hack tool".)
