I have a friend who lives in Iran that want's to send me money (I live in the U.S) but because of the political drama, the US pretty much denies everything from Iran. He can't use any VPN's as almost all of them are blocked there, PayPal won't accept money from him and as far as I no, no Bitcoin site's accept Iranian Rial's. What can we do?
