Download any hotspotshield crack (or some kind of shitty vpn) and just use it to get into the login client, after that, you can turn it off and play league like normal without getting shitty ping due to the VPN you're using. I did it today and I hope it can help any other sad souls with static IP's to continue being shitbag scriptersz/crackers on league :')
