If you chargeback on amazon.de but you’re from an another EU country, what can they do about it ?

Let’s assume you’ve ordered something valuable from amazon.de , €5k+ and after the delivery you claimed empty box was received and went into the bank to ask for a chargeback.
You’ll get it within 30 days, but what can amazon do about it if you’re from (and living) in a different EU country than Germany ?
