If I dispute a payment as "unauthorized" on PayPal, can I get limited? Or what will really happen?

As title says above. This is not for scamming a individual or something like that, Someone got access to my PP over a RAT on my PC and bought a game for 39.99 euro.
If I dispute it as unauthorized, is there a possible way to paypal will limit my account? Or should I just chargeback as items never recieved or some shit?
