I need your brain power to work on this

So my school is having online exams with this https://sourceforge.net/projects/seb/ and it doesn't work on remote computers or vm machines (especially my google cloud computer) but i found this sub domain in the software http://proctr.abuad.edu.ng/ thats where the exams are hosted but i get a 504 error when i try to use it in my browser . please any idea on how i can use it i really need to pass by all means
