I need a little bit help

so... yeah i have been trying to stay low cause my account got banned so i had to create a new account but it got banned on level 21 now i have nothing to do... if someone could spare me a level 15-X account i would be really happy please don't see me as a beggar but i'm just asking someone nice to spare me accounts well also anythings good eune-euw-tr (i have ping on other servers)
