I know completely nothing about any crypto currency but like if i had say $20 in bitcoin can you easily transfer that to paypal?

Thanks for any help im thinking of opening some account for crypto.
Like can you only transfer to bitcoin or can you like withdraw and send that to your paypal and stuff like that, literally have no knowledge so any insight is highly appreciated. thanks
