I got scammed

So long story short - I partnered up with a guy that I met on another forum. We made a deal that I'm sending stuff from amazon to his addresses, I'm refunding and he pays me 65% for this. It sounded good for me because amazon doesn't ship to my country. I have sent few things to his address, everything was good he paid me btc. But now I sent him stuff worth 1k$ and he stopped to communicate with me.
What can I do? All I know about him is his skype name and few addresses that are most likely drops. Can I report him to police that he carded me or something?
