I didn"t have the motivation do progress ??

Hello I have a serious problem I wanna try to be a programmer but I didn"t have the motivation to learn who to do c++ for example someone have some advice ??, I try a lot of think like do the Pomodoro Session ( work 30 min and take a break of 5 min ) but every I do the break I didn't get the motivation after.
