I’m being stalked

So last week I got a called from a number that I did not recognize, it was hidden so when I answer they said “ hello is this ____” (I swear to god they knew my name) so I reply “hello who’s this ..?” And they said that I’ve had given them my phone number and they thought I was cute and stuff. I found it funny because I literally talk to no one specially women. So I laughed and hanged up. Last night I got another called saying they was trying to give me a chance and they wanted me and stuff and just wanted to talk to me and stuff, I said they had the wrong person and hanged up, this time I was able to see the number the number and realize it was a number based in Ohio, I DONT KNOW NOBODY IN OHIO, they then decided to start sending me messages saying they wanted me and to please give them a chance and just spam in general idk what to do. I know I don’t explain it here but I feel watched and that someone knows me without me knowing…
