Hello guys, i have a HQ recipe for you.
  • 250-300gr of fettuccini/tagliatelle pasta
  • 500gr peeled shrimps
  • 2-3 garlic cloves
  • 100ml white wine, I used Chardonnay
  • 200ml whipping cream
  • 1 Tbsp of big salt
  • 1/2 Tbsp Himalaya salt ( if you have sea salt or other is good too ) , or to taste
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 2 Tbsp Olive oil extra virgin
  • black pepper
Optional: 1 Tbsp Parsley, finely chopped, to garnish
Instructions:
  • Add pasta to a pot of boiling water with 1 Tbsp big salt and cook according to package instructions but -1 minute of what time says. Drain without rinsing and set aside.
  • While pasta is cooking, prepare the shrimp and sauce. Place a large, non-stick pan over medium/high heat and add 2 Tbsp olive oil. Once oil is hot, add shrimp in a single layer and cook 2 min per side or just until cooked through and no longer translucent.
  • When the shrimps is almost done add the garlic (crushed with the knife) and the butter and let them to be done.
  • After the shrimp are done stir in the white wine and boil down until there is only 25% of the liquid left.
  • Stir the whipping cream, bring to a light boil then simmer 2 min and stir just until creamy and smooth. Let it come just to a simmer without boiling then turn off the heat and season sauce with salt and pepper by your taste.
  • Stir in the drained pasta on cooked shrimp, tossing until noodles are well coated in sauce. Serve in warm pasta bowls with a generous sprinkle of finely chopped parsley.
