You need to learn about MATCHUPS.The matchups of your champion.It means you need to learn in which champs your champ is good and in which champs is bad.Just to know below challenger and even then every matchup is winnable.
How to learn a champion and improve.Simple watch higher elo players than you and people who play only your champ.I advice to not watch NA and EUNE players.They are a couple of good players but thats it.
Watch EUW and KOREAN players but if you are low elo you can watch anything it will be better than you.
The best is to watch streamers and watch their clicks and think about everything they do but if you can't find a streamer that plays your champ.

2.Click your champ and go to your champs name Masters.These are the best players of your champ in the region.
3.Study their builds and you can watch their replays if you are lucky.
