I personally use this method and it works flawlessly, reporting all leechers that reply with things such as "TY, Thanks, tyyyyyyyyy" Leave a real reply.
I recommend using a USA VPN and Incognito Mode for this method, i never tried it without it.
1- Go to this page http://www.orangecoastcollege.edu/Pages/home.aspx and click Apply Now. https://prnt.sc/pr25ys
2- Click "Create an Account"
3- Click Begin creating my account.
4- Go to fakenamegenerator.com and sign in with google so you have access to the SSN. https://prnt.sc/pr28m0
5- Click Advanced Options and set age to 23-23 https://prnt.sc/pr29dc
6- Create an email with the fake infos you got. (I recommend outlook its easy and doesn't require verification)
7- Tick I do not have a middle name on OpenCCC and Fill in all the infos with fakenamegenerator.com (Remember the Date of Birth, you will need it later) the click continue.
9- use the email you created.
10- fill phone number with fakenamegenerator and leave 2nd phone number empty.
11- go to google maps and search for santa monica, zoom into a house within the red area and click there. https://prnt.sc/pr2dht
12- Click the red box in the screenshot above and copy the address on the left hand side. https://prnt.sc/pr2e73
13- Back to OpenCCC, fill in the address.
14- write a username including your name. (Adam Rohan for ex should be adamrohan96 or something like that)
15- write passwords and pins and answer the security questions.
16- Click continue
17- OCC Fall, Undecided, choose anything, and press continue
18- Tick "My mailing address is the same as the Permanent Address in my OpenCCC Account above" and click continue https://prnt.sc/pr2hhh
19- First time student, Not a graduate of and no longer enroled in highschool, I attended high school, Santa Monica High,Santa Monica. https://prnt.sc/pr2ieh
20- U.S citizen, None apply to me. continue
21- Yes, leave blank, No, No. https://prnt.sc/pr2iz7
22- Yes, no, no, no, and choose any 3 things and click Continue
23- Gender: male/female depends on your name. Not transgender, straight, any educational level, not hispanic, white only. https://prnt.sc/pr2kev
24- Santa Monica, California, US, No, No, NA No longer attending highschool, and choose any activity men or women. https://prnt.sc/pr2lhe
25- I consnet, check both boxes and click Apply.
