Ingredients:
-1 egg
-3 tbsp sugar
-3/4 cup of milk
-1 cup flour
-1 tsp salt
-2 tbsp oil
Instructions:
Crack the egg in a mixing bowl then add the sugar and beat it until it lightens in color.Add the milk, mix then gradually sift the flour in until the mixture thickens
(you can add chocolate to the batter if you're fucking gay but w/e). Ladle the batter in a hot non stick pan after mixing the 2 tbsp of oil in the batter. wait until you can see bubbles popping on the raw side then flip.
Cook for another 1-2 mins then enjoy with butter n maple syrup. Optionally, you can make chocolate ganache and serve the cakes with that.
