Hey,
I've seen this method on a another forum. This will show you how you can get the E-Mail Address of the account. Normally you can't view it because it will looks like this "a****@b**.com". Dont know if this method is known but if not then have fun with it.
1. Go to the support page and log in (https://support.riotgames.com/)
2. Press CTRL+U (View Source)
3. CTRL+F and type in "Email"
There you go. I used it to recover my old account where I forgot the email. I hope this help someone like me :^)
