I was just e-whoring and some guy insisted on paying with paypal, so I had to make the paypal account really fast and didn't have time to purchase a verified one. I tried verifying it with a VCC but that didn't work, and it asks for ID proof so of course I can't submit that.
Any ideas? All help would be appreciated.
