How to use correctly an Instagram BOT ?

So, like i said i would like to know how use a bot for instagram like "Instagram Python" or "InstaDUB" to have more followers and likes on my pics. But the problem is : there is almost no tutoriel on those two software and i don't undestand how it works... I would like to know if a good guy can make a good tutorial on this or explain to me how works correctly those two software.
