How to start again. Post scripting

I had been scripting for about 5 months before both of my accounts got banned. I think my days of scripting are over. Usually I wouldn't be asking this, but what are some the best champs to get back into the hang of playing league without scripts. Pref ADC, but any champ would help. Also any tips in general in playing and getting back up to a "respectable" level of mechanics. Thanks in advanced!
