They will ask you for what are you using it.
Awnser for that: I'm trying to set my cloud to more users and my speed is not the required one so it doesn't support.

' Hi, Good afternoon for some reason my proxies are dead they don't want to connect and just gives me retries with a 404 timeout problem on my Chrome Browser.
Wait until they anwser you, and you just keep on track on what he/she says.
Your awnser: I wanted to make a refund or test another package so i could see if the proxies package are the problem if not i will like a refund, since i wasted some money and i need more urgently.
Keep saying that for long time and wait until they say something, whenever you test the other package tell them it didn't worked neither.
