How to reduce your ping/ms at league of legends

Well i had stoped playing league of legends since i dont have my own internet and i am stealing my ping/ms was very high

1)Download : WTFast Beta 4.0.1.459 + Crack >

2)Click on install program
3)When it get installed go to installed place and replace WTFast with that on Crack Folder u have on downloaded file
4)Open WTFast and press login
5)Type at Game (listed games) league of legends it should say Game configuration loaded , find a good network that u think that u have better ping/ms and select it since auto selection doest working and click play
6)Open League of Legends now and join game :) if it works must say Active connection : 3 (Example)
Care : You need to Logout and follow the steps 4,5,6 if you ended your battle and want to join another :)
