How to recover an intagram account?

A few months ago I created my first instagram account for a small business. Made only 1 post. A few weeks ago, found out that the account was shadow ban? I'm unable to recover the account, because they say my email address which I used to create the account doesn't exist in their system, and no such account exist. To make sure I wasn't crazy, I tried create a new account using the previous username, but it says that username is not available. I'm kind of bumped because the username is of the business, and now I can't use it at all. Anyone has any experience trying to recover their account before? TIA.
