Sour Sweet Watermelons
Ingredients
  • 2 cucumbers, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup diced watermelon
  • ½ cup lime juice
Directions
  • Add cucumber slices and watermelon dices to a bowl.
  • Pour lime juice over the cucumber and watermelon.
  • Allow to stand for 10 minutes to soak in some of the lime juice.
