This method was personally developed by me since January this year.
Here's the method:
Propeller gives the best CPM when the traffic is from Facebook irrespective of the country so you will be buying facebook targeted traffic and send them to your blog monetised with Propeller Popups
1. Create a blog with a custom domain
2. Head to PropellerAds and sign up as a publisher(If you already have an account, you can skip this step)
3. Add your domain to the PropellerAds account and verify it
4. create a Popup ad code and install it into your blog html
5. Buy facebook traffic from https://www.fiverr.com/share/0bDl8L (He's the only Fiverr guy whose traffic works perfectly with this method since they are real HUMANS not bots)
6. You'll get $5 to $10 CPM from PropellerAds
7. Rinse and repeat
