How to make animated podcast?

hi, me and my friend were thinking of starting a podcast channel, but we want to do it like 2 animated characters just sitting on a chair or sofa with a podcast mike infront of them. That's it does not sound too much complex but i started googling how to achieve this and an hour later i still have no idea how it would be possible. So to all the animators and professionals in this field plz advise the easiest and noob friendly method to achieve this. thank u
