Right, I've been making bacon sarnies for years. My process has evolved into something incredible.
1) Use unsmoked bacon, and place it in a nonstick frying pan (no oil or butter necessary, yet)
2) Turn the heat/flame on, get that shit frying at high heat
3) Fry for 15 seconds, flip, 15 seconds, flip, etc until the first bit of crispiness appears
4) Turn heat/flame off, let it sit while you grab the bread
5) Put a little bit of butter on each slice of bread, and move the bacon to the edge of the frying pan
4) Place the bread into the pan, butter facing the bottom of the pan, and turn the heat/flame on to a low heat
5) Leave the bread for a couple of minutes, it will become nice and crispy on one side but will also soak up all of the bacon juices and get an even spread of butter
6) Take the bread out (crispy side facing up) and place the bacon on top of one of the pieces of bread
7) Put the other piece of bread on top, crispy side facing down
8) Cut the bread in half, I use scissors for a more even cut but use whatever
9) Eat, no sauce required
However, if you want sauce, you can use this:
