Hello Veterans and New Members, Yesterday I was seeing how a configuration could be done (in my case in OpenBullet) and well, I managed to do it, so I wanted to show you my knowledge and information that I was collecting yesterday, Let's start
What will we need?
- Fiddler For Windows
- Any Device
(Where we will install an Application)
- Any App (With Login)
What is Fiddler?
How to Setup Fiddler
1- Open Fiddler
2- Go to "Tools > Options..."
3- Go to "Connections" {1}
4- Check "Allow Remote Computers to Connect" {2}
5- Close Fliddler and Open It Again (To Save Changes)
How to SetupFiddler on Devices
1- Open "Settings"
2- Go to "Network & Internet"
3- Press and hold on your network where you are connected and go to "Modify Network"
4- Tap on "Advanced Options"
5- Proxy: Manual
Proxy Hostname: {The local IP of our computer}
We can see our local ip in fiddler Keeping the Cursor in "Online"
Proxy Port: 8888
6- Once finished, Activate the airplane mode and deactivate it
(To Update our Network)
7- In your Phone, Go to http://ipv4.fiddler:8888/
8- Done, our device should be capturing the application packages
How to Capture Packets to Create a Config
1- Open Your App
(I will Use "Mostaza App")
2- Try to Login in Your App
2- Fiddler will start capturing the Packets
3- Done, we can now use the information to Create a Config
