Hello BHW
This is my first money making guide i've written for BHW so bare with me if there's a couple of mistakes here and there:)
Now before i begin i must be honest as to why am posting this method. Recently i actually got caught by amazon for doing this exact method and they banned my account and ceased my earnings but i think if someone on here is smart to enough blank the referrer as it's known and to stop amazon from seeing where the sales are being generated from then i think this method will still work and you can earn good money from it. At this moment in time i can't be bothered to open a new account with amazon again so my days are over with this method but that doesn't stop you guys from trying. Anyway on to the method.
First you will need an amazon associates account so if you haven't signed up to there affiliate program please do so and make sure you have a website to hand that you can show them to say where you are planning to advertise there products.
Second step is to register to this site: http://www.mumsnet.com/
This website is a very popular parenting site so signup using a fake gmail address and get your account activated. Once that's done the first thing you want to do is click 'Topics' on the mumsnet homepage and then scroll down on the next page and click 'Housekeeping' Now this is where the fun starts.
There are literally tons of questions being asked everyday by mothers for example:
"How to remove stains from kids clothes?"
"How to clean your cooker"
"Vacuum cleaner recommendations"
"How to clean mould from bathroom walls"
The questions are literally endless, now your job is go on to amazon and find products that you can recommend to these people related to there question. So if we look at the first question i posted you could write something like this
"my little one are always coming home from school with stains on there clothes and i found this cleaner to be the best"
Now the word cleaner would be an affiliate text link which redirects them back to an amazon product.
Your answers can be much better then this you just need to use your imagination a little.
Now there is a specific way of writing text links and that information can be found just underneath the reply box when you are about to reply to a question. It's very simple honestly.
Everyday these similar sorts of questions are being asked and all you have to do is answer there questions with your affiliate link embedded in a text link and you will make sales. The awesome thing is they may not even go on to buy the product your recommend, they may buy something completely different but you get paid either way!
Now if you really want to be cheeky like me when i was doing this method, you can ask your own questions and then answer them by simply changing your nickname on your account. This can be done through the account settings once you have signed up LOL. This helps keep your posts at the top of the list of forum posts in the housekeeping section ensuring you get maximum clicks. Also try and post any time after say 7PM in the evening as most people are back from work by this time so you will get more clicks.
Now as my associates account got banned i can't show you any earnings but i was clearing at least $100 to $150 a month pretty easily, one of my best months i managed to pull in $200 but i was doing this method aggressively everyday.
Be careful though the admins do delete your account so pick your posting times wisely when you know you are going to get the most clicks and even if they do delete your account the damage is already done.
As i said before my associates account got deleted so do this method only if you can block amazon from finding out where your traffic is coming from otherwise leave it as it's not worth the risk and you will end of in the same boat as me:(:(
