What we need:
1. Smartphone with http://winphonehub.org/tag/windows-phone-8-1/ or higher.

3. Visual Studio Express 2015 for Windows – http://winphonehub.org/?id=https://...n-us/downloads/download-visual-studio-vs.aspx
4. SDK must be pre installed. Get it here http://winphonehub.org/?id=http://dev.windows.com/en-us/develop/download-phone-sdk or http://winphonehub.org/?id=http://www13.zippyshare.com/v/15281796/file.html (requires a 64-bit system)
5. http://winphonehub.org/tag/download/ Hacked APPX files from http://winphonehub.org/tag/appx-downloads/ .
Then we installing it
1. Run the Windows Phone Application Deployment 8.1 from the Start menu and select the desired .APPX / .APPXBUNDLE.
2. In the drop-down menu, select the Device and connect your smartphone to your computer via USB.
3. Click Deploy to begin the installation process.
4. Wait for the end of the installation.
5. Finish, hacked APPX is installed on Windows Phone smartphone.
