if the Hit You Cracked/Got has RP is on the Same Server as yours, let's say EUW.
After Gifting Yourself,u need to let at least 3k RP in The Account, Change to another Region and Gift a Skin or two (x2 is Safer) to a Random Account, after Owner Reports (if he does) the second account (the random account) will get banned and You'll Enjoy the Skins.
Don't do it repeatedly, Riot will Detect Your Account and obviously Will Ban You.
Tested 6 Times Actually in a Month and always Works fine.
