You DONT need to find a mail access account, this method works with NON FULL ACCESS Accounts too. So Log in to the account, open fortnite and send a friend invite to yourself from the account you founded.
Then just go to the item shop and buy a skin as a gift. When you need to choose a friend then just choose yourself. Then delete yourself from the random guy's friendlist.
