How to get API Keys for Scraper !
1. Go on this site -------->
2.Sign in with League of Legends account(Take random account from combo list (account like a 25-30 level))
3. Scroll down you will see this

Rate Limit(s):
10 requests every 10 seconds
500 requests every 10 minutes
Note that rate limits are enforced per region. For example, with the above rate limit, you could make 500 requests every 10 minutes to both NA and EUW endpoints simultaneously.

6.After you do it go sign out and sign in on secound accout from combo list ! And do all like in 1,2,3,4,5 STEPS..signin/copykey/paste/notepad/regenerate_api_key/...
