How to get Rfid chips from deliverers?

I've been wondering for a long time what options there are for an Rfid chip trailer for the deliverer, mainly postmen who bring the newspaper in the morning. Without knowing anyone or wanting to work as a newspaper deliverer, I wonder how I can get to the tag or the content of the Rfid chip. Since the receiver is attached to the doorbell, I wonder if there is a way to build a skimmer for it? The components for this are actually easily and cheaply available. Does anyone have any ideas or experience on how to do this? Of course, install the skimmer and hope somehow tinker at night. But I'm not sure if that really works. LG
