This is how to get Photoshop CC 2018 working forever without paying. This does not enforce any malicious software, the only download is a file which exploits Photoshop in getting rid of the trial period and lets you use it all the time for free of course.

Steps below
Step 1 - Download (Adobe) Creative Cloud. Link - https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/creative-cloud-desktop-app-download.html Step 2 - After it installs, make an Adobe ID (it's free).
Step 3 - Download Photoshop CC 2018, the free trial version.
Step 4 - Once it finishes downloading, launch it, it should say free trial ending in 7 days in the top corner. Don't close it yet.
Step 5 - Pin Photoshop to the taskbar, because it is important to so we do not need to launch it through Creative Clouds, just in case anything fucks up. Then close it.
Step 6 - Download this file - Link:
- This file is crucial.
Step 7 - Extract it and you should find a file called amtlib.dll inside of it, copy this file to your clipboard.
Step 8 - Navigate to - C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CC 2018 or the Program Files (x86) one if you have it installed there. But it mostly likely will be in the first one.
Step 9 - Paste that amtlib.dll file into there, pick the option which replaces the existing amtlib.dll file in there, so the one from mediafire is the only one in there.
Step 10 - Run Photoshop via taskbar, when it launches, the free trial bit ending in however many days is gone, and Photoshop can be used to it's fullest and will not expire, meaning you can use it anytime and all the time.
NOTE - TRY TO ALWAYS RUN IT THROUGH THE TASKBAR SHORTCUT OR A DESKTOP SHORTCUT
