okay so first of all Grab a level 20+ Account ( on euw only but u can change that later ) U can get them from the league of legends section here
2. get a VPN (germany) i use cyberghost
3. open UR account
4. go to the store
5. choose 8000 RP then choose the payment method to lostshcrift or some shit ( NEED TO BE CONNECTED TO THE VPN SERVER )
6. now go to fake-it.cc
7. use the info from there and paste it in the respective cases
8. use a phone number to receive the code
9. now U got ur RP
10. if u wish to gift urself then play with the acc 1 game and then gift it after 24 hours after u receive what u want
change UR region in both accs ( necessary) so u don't get banned
