What'll you need;
- PayPal Account
- 14 $
Buy a CSGO KEY (not a gift) from G2A. USE THE SHIELD (just in case).
Use the key on any Steam account.
Go on another account and take screenshots of it not working, even a GIF if you want.
Open a dispute on Paypal saying the key is not valid and link the proofs you created earlier.
G2A will not reply to the dispute and you will win - which mean they refund your money.
This process takes about a week to complete. However, you can use the account in the meantime - it is just the money that take time to be reversed.
In the VERY rare occasion that they do reply, you can just move the dispute to G2A disputes and follow the same process.
You WILL win however, G2A support is VERY slow so I recommend using Paypal dispute.
