Basically you need a cracked account and that you have no idea what the email is. Although it doesn't give you the email password, it gives you the email username which doesn't get displayed in the league of legends website.
1. Go to https://na.merch.riotgames.com/en/customer/account/login/
or if your in a different region, select the region on the top right corner.
2. Login with your cracked account credentials.
3. It will redirect you to your account dashboard and it will show you your email address. EZ PZ amirite?
