In order to get Diamond IV with whatever skill set you have you need to
1st learn how Soraka (and karma) works and understand her abilities and build path for top lane, and you must duo with a ADC main who can play/learn to play Senna.
Once you have your duo and yourself playing soraka you must focus in just gaining gold and go for trades that benefit you. Make sure you are never over extended and keep bulling the enemy laners.
Once early game is over, all you and your duo have to do is keep spam healing the mid/jungle players while poking the enemy players. With 3 supports on a team in this meta would make it so your teammates are unkillable, and if you and senna built correctly, y'all should be very tanky to not get targeted.
