This is a very easy tutorial
First you need to install these (are for the latest version 1.44 ) (JUST UPDATED TO 1.45)
how to install them :
Open steam
go to euro truck simulator 2
press option
browse files
and replace the thing there with what you installed
After you have to install this bin :
and replace it with your bin from your files and done after you did everything you should play ets 2 with all of the dlcs for FREEE
