It should look like this then

Now, Press "SHIFT" and "RIGHT CLICK" the folder.
Then clickOpen command window here

You can either use dash or not. Works either way.
EACH NUMBER IS REPLACED BY : %
EACH ALPHABET IS REPLACED BY: ?
FINALLY: B1rdGen_Final.exe%??%-????%?-???%1000
Then press enter

If this happens, download the latestchromeriverand replace the one that is in the folder.Just replace it. No need to open or anything.
